• Phone number: if you choose to enable SMS coaching, the mobile number you link and verify.
• Google account information: if you sign in with Google, we receive your basic profile information (name and profile picture), email address, and Google account identifier through Google OAuth. We use this only to create and authenticate your account. We request the minimum scopes (email, profile, openid) and do not access any other Google data.
• Health & fitness data: meals, workouts, weight, goals, and related entries you log, including photos you upload.
• Messages: the content of conversations with your AI coach, including SMS messages you send and receive.
• Usage & device data: app interactions, log data, and device identifiers used to operate and improve the Service.

2. How We Use Your Information

• Provide personalized AI coaching, reminders, and check-ins.
• Respond to your messages and process the entries you log.
• Send SMS coaching messages you have opted in to receive.
• Maintain, secure, and improve the Service.
• Comply with legal obligations.

3. SMS Messaging

If you link and verify your phone number, you consent to receive AI coaching messages, conversational replies, and proactive check-in reminders. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help and STOP to unsubscribe at any time. We do not sell or share your phone number or SMS opt-in data with third parties for their own marketing purposes.

4. How We Share Information

We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with service providers who help us operate the Service (such as cloud hosting, SMS delivery, and AI processing), under contracts that require them to protect your information, or when required by law.

5. Data Security

We use industry-standard safeguards to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to protect your data and continually improve our security practices.

6. Your Choices & Rights

You can update or delete your account data, opt out of SMS at any time by replying STOP, and request access to or deletion of your personal information by contacting us. Depending on your location, you may have additional rights under applicable privacy laws.

7. Data Retention

We retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service, then delete or anonymize it unless we are required to keep it for legal reasons.

8. Children's Privacy

The Service is not intended for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will update the effective date above and, where appropriate, notify you within the app.
