1. The Service

VitalCoach provides AI-powered health and fitness coaching through the app and optional SMS messaging. The Service offers general wellness guidance and is provided for informational purposes.

2. Data Collection & Privacy

VitalCoach does not collect, sell, or store your personal data. Any minimal information used to operate the Service (such as account credentials and coaching preferences) is kept solely to provide the Service to you and is never sold to or shared with third parties for marketing or advertising purposes.

3. Not Medical Advice

VitalCoach is not a medical provider, and the Service does not provide medical, diagnostic, or treatment advice. Content is for general wellness and informational purposes only. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional before making changes to your diet, exercise, or health routine, and seek immediate care for medical emergencies.

4. Eligibility & Accounts

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity that occurs under your account.

5. Subscriptions & Billing

VitalCoach Pro is an auto-renewable subscription offered with a one-month free trial. Plans and pricing:

• VitalCoach Pro (Monthly) — $4.99 per month after the free trial.
• VitalCoach Pro (Yearly) — $49.99 per year after the free trial.

Subscriptions renew automatically at the then-current price unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.

On iOS, payment is charged to your Apple ID account at purchase confirmation. You can manage or cancel your subscription, or turn off auto-renew, in your device's App Store account settings after purchase. Any unused portion of a free trial is forfeited when you purchase a subscription. On the web, subscriptions are billed through our payment processor and can be cancelled from your profile. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

6. SMS Coaching

If you opt in to SMS, you consent to receive AI coaching messages, conversational replies, and check-in reminders. Message frequency varies, and message and data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help and STOP to unsubscribe at any time.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the Service, including by attempting to disrupt it, reverse engineer it, access it without authorization, or use it for any unlawful purpose.

8. Your Content

You retain ownership of the data and content you submit. You grant us a limited license to use it solely to operate and improve the Service. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide.

9. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, VitalCoach is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms. You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will update the effective date above and, where appropriate, notify you within the app. Continued use of the Service means you accept the updated Terms.
